2 ways of experience a holiday
Floating House Barbana
Accessible only by boat as it is located on a small islet which makes your stay unique!
You can use a 5.25 m open boat with a 30 hp Mercury engine (driving licence not required) provided directly by us or you can arrive with your own boat (max. length 7.5 m) and moor it directly next to the floating house. In this case please contact us to check the arrival modalities.
Floating House Anfora
Is located on the mainland along the Belvedere channel, easy to access as it is on a floating pontoon.

The floating houses are equipped with:
- Open space with living room, kitchenette and double sofa bed;
- Kitchen with sink, fridge, induction hob and microwave to prepare a quick meal or breakfast (crockery included);
- Bedroom with 1 double bed and wardrobe;

- Bathroom with a large shower cubicle and bidet;
